The Originator will contribute to the global expansion of our ABS and RMBS platform for risk retention financing.

Responsibilities of the Originator will include:

• Contribute in all aspects of executing financing across various asset types

• Prospect for new client relationships within the ABS and RMBS sectors

• Manage and cultivate existing client relationships

• Prepare marketing materials to assist clients in review of Nearwater’s financing (presentation, transaction cash flow models, etc.)

• Review deal information and offering documents to analyze complex structured products

• Assist with execution of financing through review of legal documentation and drafting of memorandums

• Coordinate with internal team members on collaborative processes, including settlements, reporting, etc.

Skills of the Originator will include:

• At least 5 years of experience in ABS and/or RMBS Origination or Structuring

• Ability to communicate financing structure to potential/existing clients

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills

• Self-starter, organized, ability to complete projects independently

• Work well in a fast-paced environment
